What an Amazing Experience!Being a First Pool owner we did not know what to expect and was quiet apprehensive about the whole process.From Sales team through to Onsite supervisor to the Installation team and even their Head office staff were such a delight to deal with.If I was to sum up the whole experience, Hassle Free!!Thanks for such an amazing Pool and an amazing experience.

Wish google had -0 stars as thats all they deserve!If we could turn back time i would and not use aquatechnics or any partnering company. They are very unprofessional and unorganized.We had our pool and aqua ledge installed mid February and they were completely different colours and not even the right colour. They finally changed it over early june after many back and forward emails and complaints.We finally had a new contract signed with the managing director that they would have it all completed within approx 8-10 day which we are now on day 18 and they still havent backfilled. We have already paid 95% of the amount to them and they are still taking their time… i guess thats all they care about not customer service at all!Spoke to someone in the office and raised our concern saying they made us sign the contract which stated they would complete within 8-10 days for completion and they have the nerve to tell us that the contract means NOTHING!I am appalled at the service we are receiving, i would not recommend anyone to use them as they cant even keep any admin staff as the amount of times that they have told us we have new people working for us.We had someone call us 2 days before the new replacement pool was going to be installed to say “congratulations on your new pool are you happy to do the final handover tomorrow” i mean come on how unorganized are you for a company that is so big not to even have communication within themselves to know that the pool is being replaced not end finish to handover.Its all a joke….. all lies… do not believe a single word they say!!!!Do yourselves a favor and go with another company that has no association with them!!

Spent $45,000 2 years ago. Still can't swim in our pool. Excuses. Don't EVER return ANY phone calls for months, weeks. Don't return emails, promises constantly broken. RUDE staff. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER, they don't communicate. POOL DOESNT EVEN WORK!!! I will be going to the ACCC

Review is a long time overdue, but we've had nothing but the best service since installation 4 years ago. Their competitor salesman next door was so disinterested, and then we met Glenn. Attentive, fun, professional and reliable. Installation went so well with the nicest of guys, Paul & Steve. Every time we have needed to return for products and advice, Glenn is a delight. I can only speak of our experience and it continues to this day to be fabulous.

Pool itself as expected. However customer care team for installation, customer service team and having my pool commissioned has been one of my most painful experiences of my life. 8 weeks later and I still don't have a pool that functions with heating as we upgraded. Their response is we'll get someone to come out...... crickets ...... I ask for someone to be my contact .... crickets ..... a different rep each time you email. Phone calls are a waste of time. I have now gotten to the point I have asked for a refund as the product is not fit for purpose it is intended.Edit - thanks for letting me know someone will come 2 months after install to look at it. If you could also please communicate when on the 30th that would be great as Google review is only way to obtain information in a timely manner.Still waiting to hear fromCustomer service!

**** Edit ****The below issues have now been resolved. Bea from Aquatic Leisure service department was great to take care of the combination of problems. Communicating with the one person also made this easier. Thank you.*****Avoid purchasing a pool though Aqua Technics or any association with parent company, Aquatic Leisure Technologies.We appreciated the demand on the building and manufacturing sector has been enormous, and we understood there would be reasonable wait time with the installation of the pool. While the installation itself was poorly coordinated and communicated, it was completed in time for Christmas ‘21 and overall we accepted the good with the bad.The grievance since this time is with the after sales support through parent company Aquatic Leisure Technologies. Horrendous. Compete lack of care and accountability. If I could award 0 starts I would.I have been waiting for weeks for a call back regarding a broken acid feeder. The response is always, we will need to follow up with the manufacturer of the equipment (Theralux) and get back to you. In other words, the message reads it is not our fault and we couldn’t care less. There are no call backs. No promised emails. Nothing.We’ve also been waiting over 6 months for our pool heater to arrive. Apparently there is no stock and it takes that long to receive a single heater. To my amazement last week, upon call to once again follow up faulty equipment I was told it had arrived and would be contacted asap to arrange installation. In case your wondering, no contact.More recently my pool pump has been taking in air and it is bubbling at the return jets. I’ll be hoping that is a seal (or some other minor consumable) that can be easily replaced. The thought of attempting to follow this up through Aquatic Leisure Technologies is defeating.Reading through the posts here it seems to be a common theme. You should be concerned with sub-standard installation and equipment.Look elsewhere and avoid yourself the frustration.

After sales service extremely poor. Pump warranty claim made around 6 months after installation of new pool and still not resolved 3 months later, despite me making contact multiple times. I was told on every occasion to contact the pump equipment manufacturer directly (which I did, but still received no help). I asked to talk to a manager on multiple occasions but none were there to take my call. Regret my decision to buy a pool from Aqua Technics.

A very well maintained shop with quality displays. It has a wide range of pools to accomodate the needs of most.

I found that Dan the person who dug the hole was very professional and he took great care when digging the hole, he also put some covering on my drive way out of his own cost to ensure no damage was sustained to my driveway, the installation all happed very quickly and the installers were very professional and great to deal with.The install was a few days early which worked well with us, not quite finished yet but so fare i would highly recommend Aqua Technics.Thank youMichael Radeski

I usually wait a few months before writing a review, ensuring my emotions don't get in the way of an accurate review. My family and I were very happy with initial service and product availability from when we first met Kevin at Joondalup. We didn't feel like he was trying to sell us a pool, rather tailoring our dream to suit our block and house. The detail provided regarding positions of soakwells in particular was a crucial question to ask the builder as one of them was located in the centre of the optimal pool location. Something we didn't know about but was able to have relocated prior to construction on our house commenced. Kevin also provided details along the journey regarding time frames and delays for instal caused by our build delays were never seen as a problem for him to manage. The after sales service team were excellent also, and Kevin also contacted us after installation to ensure everything met with our expectations.We are very satisfied with the product and sales / after sales service we have been provided by Aquatechnics in Joondalup in living out our dream.
